Comparing Ecobot Free, Essential, and Professional Plans

  • Updated

Ecobot offers three main subscription levels so teams can start where they are and scale as they grow: Free, Essential, and Professional. All plans are built on the same core platform and are designed for wetland, stream, and general field data workflows.

This article walks through what every plan includes, how the plans differ, and which option is the best fit for your team.

Enterprise Plan

Best for: Large organizations or multi-office teams that need enterprise-scale capacity, custom integrations, and dedicated support.

Key details:

Includes everything in the Professional plan, plus:

  • Unlimited team size (no seat cap).
  • Dedicated account manager for your organization.
  • SLA-backed uptime (service-level agreement to ensure uptime and reliability).
  • Includes the full Ecobot platform (including the Streams add-on) as standard.
  • History / Data retention: Same unlimited project history as Professional, with enterprise-scale photo / data storage (e.g., 2 TB photo storage listed).
  • Pricing: Custom / contact sales (“Get a custom demo and see how Ecobot can benefit your entire organization”).

Why choose Enterprise?

  • If your team spans multiple offices or hundreds of users, the unlimited seat structure supports growth without re-licensing hassle.
  • Dedicated account management ensures someone is aligned with your company’s goals, rollout, onboarding and ongoing success.
  • The SLA approach gives you higher reliability and priority-level in the roadmap.
  • With full platform access (including Streams) built in, you streamline procurement by avoiding multiple add-ons.

Standard Enterprise process:

  • When selecting the Enterprise plan, schedule a discovery session with your account manager to define key outcomes (e.g., deployment across offices, standardizing templates, integrations via API or SSO).
  • Clarify the SLA terms, uptime guarantees, and escalation paths so you align internal operations accordingly.
  • Work with your account manager to establish a rollout timeline and training plan, and identify ‘champions’ within each office who will adopt and advocate the platform.
  • Leverage the unlimited-seat model by onboarding internal power-users (e.g., GIS, QA/QC, project management) beyond just the field crew—this maximizes value.
