Ecobot permanently retains all of your project and point data. No matter which plan you’re on, your information is never deleted.

What changes between plans is how long you can view and edit point data after it’s created. This is what we mean by time-based access.

• Free Plan → 15 days of access after point creation
• Essential Plan → 30 days of access after point creation
• Professional & Enterprise Plans → Unlimited access

Once a point reaches the access limit for your plan, the data is still securely stored, but you will no longer be able to view, edit, or export it unless you upgrade.

Do I lose my data after 15 or 30 days?

No. Ecobot permanently retains all of your project and point data. The time limits only affect how long you can view, edit, and export that data on the Free and Essential plans.

What happens when my access period ends?

Once the access window expires, the data is securely stored but hidden from your view. You won’t be able to edit points or download files until you upgrade to a plan with more access.

Can I regain access if my data is locked?

Yes. Upgrading your plan immediately restores access to all of your existing data.

Why is Ecobot time-based instead of point-based?

We moved away from point limits to make project work more flexible. You can now create as many points as you need—your plan only determines how long you can access them after creation.

If I switch plans, does my access change right away?

Yes. When you upgrade, your access updates immediately. You’ll regain visibility into all of your previously collected points.
