You can easily upgrade your subscription in Ecobot Manager if you are an account Admin. You'll see "Subscription" on the lefthand side in Manager.

Upgrading from Free plan

On your subscription page, you’ll see the number of seats currently in use.

With the Free plan, you can include up to 4 users on your account. When upgrading, all users on the account must be moved to the same plan. If you’d like to remove users before upgrading, just reach out to support@ecobot.com and we’ll help.

To make changes, click “Modify Subscription” in the top-right corner. From there, you can upgrade your plan, pause it, or cancel. Pausing is a good option for monthly plans if your field work ebbs and flows throughout the year.
