How to Reset Your Password in Ecobot (Collector & Manager)
If you’ve forgotten your password or need to reset it, you can do so from either Ecobot Collector or Ecobot Manager. The process is the same in both places.
This article walks you through the steps and shows where screenshots can be added for clarity.
Before You Begin
- You must have access to the email address associated with your Ecobot account
- A web browser will be used to complete the reset
Resetting Your Password
Step 1: Select Forgot Password
From Collector or Manager, select Forgot Password on the login screen.
A browser window will open to continue the process.
Step 2: Enter Your Email Address
- Enter the email address associated with your Ecobot account
- Select Continue
Ecobot will send you a secure sign-in link via email.
Step 3: Check Your Email & Sign In
Open the email from Ecobot Select the secure link in the message You’ll be signed in automatically through your browser
Tip: If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
Step 4: Update Your Password
Once signed in:
- Navigate to your Settings page
- Update your password and save your changes
Troubleshooting
Didn’t receive the email?
Make sure you entered the correct email address and check spam/junk folders.
Link expired?
Repeat the process and request a new reset link.
