Archiving a survey in Ecobot Manager moves it off your main survey list and out of Ecobot Collector, so your lists only show the surveys you're working on. Nothing is deleted, and you can bring an archived survey back at any time. This article shows you how.
Archive surveys
- On the Surveys page, select the box next to each survey you want to archive.
- Select Archive in the bar above the list.
To archive a single survey, you can also select the ⋮ menu on its row, then Archive.
Archived surveys no longer appear in Collector.
Find and unarchive surveys
- On the Surveys page, select the Archived tab.
- Select the box next to each survey you want to bring back.
- Select Unarchive.
The surveys return to the Active tab, and to Collector after the next sync.
Can I delete a survey?
No. Surveys are never permanently deleted in Ecobot. Archiving is the way to remove a survey from view, and archived surveys stay available on the Archived tab in Manager.
